Ocean Commotion 2007
Nearly 2,300 visitors from Baton Rouge area schools and beyond (including 200 students from Monroe.) attended the 10th Annual Ocean Commotion at LSU on Oct. 25, hosted by the Louisiana Sea Grant College Program. Exhibitors offered more than 55 interactive displays that taught children about the resources of the sea and coast and encouraged them to become good stewards of Louisiana’s unique ecology. Motiva Enterprises provided financial support for this year’s event.
